What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like that there are lots of tools to organize my profile. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Adding timesheets is a huge hassle. It's difficult to add many days of time worked at once with the same time. If there's already a way to do that easily, it's not easy to figure out. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the fact that I can see my entire team in one area, and can quickly review how many days of PTO they have taken for the year. What do you like best about UKG Pro? I appreciate that it is a hub for employees to time track and find internal opportunities for growth within the company. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? I would like more shortcut options on the home page and an updated set up of the shortcut buttons. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? I can easily track employee PTO requests, employee overtime, and give employees autonomy to update personal data.
