What do you like best about UKG Pro? I love UKG because there are so many functions wrapped into the program. You can look up former/current employees, see your pay deposits, analyze your PTO, use the recruiting gateway, onboarding gateway, and so much. It is absolutely a 1 stop shop! What do you like best about UKG Pro? Ease of the homepage. We found our employees used it as a central hub. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Timecards were difficult to use. Managers struggled with this feature as well. What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Paid time off has been a big one, and having documents in one location.

What do you like best about UKG Pro? I like the fact that they have a comprehensive suite of human resources applications. In particular, they have a very good applicant tracking system and their new vaccine management product is also excellent. What do you dislike about UKG Pro? Their support can be slow at times, though they seem to be trying to remedy this. And some of their products don't seem to go far enough to make for less work from staff.
