User friendly tool.

What do you like best? I like best that I can see my stats real time. Call handle time, CSAT and how many chats I had. What do you dislike? I like Ujet I really can't find any downside. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I get chats form customers and before I thought it would be hard to use Ujet. But I realize it is a user friendly tool.

Ujet, useful working instrument.

What do you like best? I love that is so easy and compact. All necessary tools are shown to you easily in one whole compact window. I love knowing I can finally provide my best service in a trustful tool that assures the best quality in work. What do you dislike? I don't like that sometimes it may crash all of a sudden without sending any messages about what went wrong. Another thing that could be better is the way the notifications are sent. What do you like best? UJET integrates seamlessly with other support systems, very user friendly, reliable. What do you dislike? The incoming chat notification tones.... Recommendations to others considering the product: I've used two other systems on past campaigns, I've found UJET to be the easiest to navigate and have had no reliability issues at all. I pretty much just have to take the call/chat from the customer through UJET and it populates in zendesk instantly. What ...

UJET is very user friendly, convenient and has a nice look!

What do you like best? Very easy to use and simple. No training needed. What do you dislike? Chat timeouts without warning. Some spelling errors in the shortcuts. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to transfer and the shortcuts are really helpful.

Ujet is well recommended. As a Customer Service agent, it has improved us in the making of calls.

What do you like best? Much information and It is really accessible. What do you dislike? I do not dislike anything, everything is good for use and very resourceful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving problems with security cameras and doorbells. Mostly it benefits us to have a good communication with the customers.
