I have worked from home using different types of software this software is the most user friendly

What do you like best? It is very easy to use with little problems any problems were easily fixed in no time. I have had nightmares with other software where it would be days before it was resolved. With this product the most it has taken is maybe an hour to fix an issue. Great experience while working on UJET, everything goes flawless.

What do you like best? The most helpful feature about UJET is that you can keep track of your stats, that way you are aware if you need to improve on something, that way I keep track of my metrics and I can be conscious about the bonus I will be receiving in the pay check for each week. What do you like best? UJET is very easy to use. The features are plain and simple and allows you to service effectively. The color coding for different statuses is greatly appreciated and provides clear status notification. One of the best workstation tools I've used thus far! What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ujet tool helped us at work when dealing with customers chat or emails. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike with UJET as far as my work is concern.
