What do you like best about UJET? Very Convinient and easy to use, very accessible. What do you dislike about UJET? None so far. It is easy to use and very user friendly What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? By using UJET I can simply know my scheduled breaks.

What do you like best about UJET? Checking the calls in queue and identifying the status all of the agents. What do you dislike about UJET? Some of the options are not visible or not accesible. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Service Level, Queue Management

What do you like best about UJET? There is no loading time at UJET. You can easily login and logout in just a few seconds without worrying about being late. What do you dislike about UJET? Based on my experience, I haven't encounter any of latency or issues using UJET What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? The efficient way of logging in and out
