Instacart customer supports agent through NexRep

What do you like best? Simple and easy to use also has shortcuts to help me when replying back to chats to customers UJET is small and it doesn't take up the entire page on the computer screen. Amazing!

What do you like best? It is so far the unique kind a tool I have ever had. What do you dislike? Maybe when there is no way to filter out those options. Like putting a star on those auxes that usually being used by the agent. By that way, it would not a hassle for us as users of the product itself. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Nothing so far.

The most user-friendly tool!

What do you like best? The tool is user-friendly. It can be used by anyone. It does not require any training to utilize it at all. Those attributes of the tool make the user focus on other jobs that need to be done. What do you dislike? I could not change the size of the chat window in Zendesk. Ujet has given me a job that I can do from home right now and it works well for me.

What do you like best? I like that it is organized and if I need to pull up a previous ticket it is easy to access What do you dislike? What do you like best? I am able to change the aux to various status. What do you dislike? The chat box is too small. It is difficult to see so many typed messages at a time. Most typographical errors are only seen after the messages have been sent. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I respond to shoppers via chat. I am also able to assist customers via phone call.
