The most user-friendly tool!
What do you like best? The tool is user-friendly. It can be used by anyone. It does not require any training to utilize it at all. Those attributes of the tool make the user focus on other jobs that need to be done. What do you dislike? I could not change the size of the chat window in Zendesk. Amazing product easy to use.
What do you like best? The Graphic user interface is really friendly. Not complicated at all. No upsides so far except that it gets stuck, and we can't refresh. What do you dislike? Ujet gets stuck, and we can’t receive the call or see who is calling, there is no way to refresh just the pop up without refreshing the whole page. It's an awesome tool, for get in touch with the customers.
What do you like best? That it gives the opportunity for we can get in touch with the customers, with no problem What do you dislike? sometimes it gets disconnected with no reason. What do you like best? Simple and easy to use also has shortcuts to help me when replying back to chats to customers UJET is small and it doesn't take up the entire page on the computer screen. Ujet has given me a job that I can do from home right now and it works well for me.
What do you like best? I like that it is organized and if I need to pull up a previous ticket it is easy to access What do you dislike? I really wish that it would run smooth for the phone calls a lot more, the chats are fine, I find myself wanting to use my phone instead of the UJET phone sometimes. Very Intuitive
What do you like best? It´s very intuitive and easy to follow as you are using the tools What do you dislike?
