"Ujet is user friendly, easy to use and time efficient."
What do you like best about UJET? Ujet is easy to use and efficient. It does not take long to learn and works well. What do you dislike about UJET? As with most technology, it can glitch and prevents me from being successful in completing my customer's call. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? N/A

What do you like best about UJET? UJET is easy to use from an agent standpoint by working directly the web browser. User interface is very intuative and easy to train. Creating queues is also very simple and does not take much technical knowledge. What do you dislike about UJET? Because the agent window works from a web browser, whenever an issue is presented it is required to delete cache and cookies, effectively logging out of every internal tool used. What do you like best about UJET? Ujet is easy to learn and easy to use, the way it converges with other work tools to make everything more agile is exceptional. What do you dislike about UJET? I have not found anything negative in my experience using Ujet. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Ujet offers great solutions for time management within our production processes.

What do you like best about UJET? the simple and reliability of this tool. the fact that it is just simple and easy to navigate What do you dislike about UJET? it does need some improvement on to the ui making it more simple and relax looking What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? connecting to many of our customer around the world

What do you like best about UJET? UJET has been very helpful in ensuring that all previous contacts are logged properly and easily combine with other found contacts. What do you dislike about UJET? I would like to see it have a warning before it does its sign out at 10 pm CST. What problems is UJET solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps me ensure that all of my records are kept in order so when I need to resolve disputes, I have a clear timeline of events.
