Had an issue and they were on it right…
Had an issue and they were on it right away despite the chat box saying they would be offline until the next morning. Turns out the issue was me but they isolated it and had me questions answered in no time.Been nothing but good experiences so far.

I'm very pleased with Ucraft overall
I'm very pleased with Ucraft overall. I was able to build a beautiful website at a reasonable cost. I did run into some small issues (as is common with any website building company/software), but the staff at Ucraft was always available to give me the thorough personal assistance I needed to resolve the issues and make my website the best it can be. I do recommend this company.

It is great having on-line assistance. I have creative control and know what I want to present.. . . besides the fact that I learn how to do it myself so that I can do it whenever I want, the on-line support makes impossible things possible and real and helps me get to the perfection I seekvery kool

Every website has its flaws but....
Every website has its flaws and quirks, Ucraft is no different. However the support staff are always prompt to answer back. No problem of mine seemed too difficult to solve. I am very happy with Ucraft and would recommend.

Incredible customer service!
I have never in my life had such excellent customer service. I have three websites with Ucraft. Each one looks amazing. But the customer service is what puts them over the top. Every time I have had a question (and I have lots since I am an amateur at building websites) someone answers within 20 minutes, even at 2am. They have even gone in to fix things for me (with my permission.) And they are so affordable! I recommend Ucraft all the time.

I have to say, when I started my journey in 2017 with UCRAFT, I was very much sure this is going to work since had tried few more website builders previously.
