Excellent and personal support
Ucraft has persuaded me to shun the bigger name web builders in their favour because of their personal and speedy support system. Sophia allowed me to download an image I was using on my website to use with my social media page. Ucraft really do go the extra mile! Thank you!

The free landing page could offer a bit more freedom.
I genuinely appreciate having a free landing page. That gets 4 stars. What loses 1 stars is that I find some of the restrictions too silly. I understand prohibiting the addition of new elements or new blocks to the existing free template, but it should allow flexibility with the existing elements. At the very least moving around text boxes or increasing/decreasing space between the existing elements.

Abysmal experience with Ucraft
Seriously disappointed with this platform. I wasn’t able to utilise the landing pages partly due to a misunderstanding on my part, about how they worked with an existing domain. When I tried to resolve this with support, they didn’t take the time to understand what I was saying and kept on repeating the same sentences. Poor social skills on their part, and the head of their chat support, Lena, was very unprofessional in her last interaction with me. I very rarely post negative reviews but ...

Very great customer care/service. They are always there to help you with anything and won't stop till your issues are resolved. Plus the web interface is clean, simple, and easy to use. I love Ucraft!

I understand it's free
I understand it's free, but the lack of customization is an absolute joke. I want a very simple landing page, with a logo and couple buttons to redirect to outside links, and I can't even do this.
