It’s free so I don’t expect to use every tool./what I am able to use for free will do.
I appreciate what is offered in the product I’m using which is free of charge. I’m just restarting my small business which is assentialky a “mobile” business right now. There are some features that I’m going to need that are only offered in the paid products which is to be expected but for now as I need to keep costs down, what I am able to access right now is sufficient for me to gain ground then upgrade. I didn’t expect to get a plethora of of tools when getting something for free anyways.

Bad experience- I’m sure it’s not always like that, just a bad time.
Several times told me “time out” on the software. At one point, I thought I had lost what I was working on, but it eventually came back.Edit: Regarding your response. Thank you for not blaming the problem on my end. I’m a hardcore server/Linux admin and IT Consultant. I know my way around. Takes a real person to be transparent. Noted if I ever need to refer a client/customer to a WYSIWYG web designer. Added 2 stars for customer service!

Совсем недавно я с нуля начала свой бизнес. Основной из немногих проблем - стало создание своего сайта, продумать логотип и разработать. Опыта работы в данной сфере нет. Но с данной платформой все создала за несколько часов.Что очень порадовало.Огромное спасибо за созданную платформу. Все понятно и доступно даже тем кто никогда этим не занимался.

Great website, with great support staff.
I'm currently using the free website builder as I'm only in need of a landing page for now. I love the customization options and the fact you can hook it up with your domain for free.I had a little trouble with the building tools to begin with, but the support staff are brilliant. Ines assisted me with any questions that I had and really went above and beyond to help - A real asset to the business!
