Horrible customer service

After building multiple sites from ucraft, I was highly disappointed with the customer service upon a need that I had. They don't care about their customers nor about building long term relationships with customers. They just want your money...would not recommend this company. First, they don't have a phone number to talk to someone. Secondly, the person that I chatted with was indifferent to my need and concern instead she just wanted to be right at all cost and demonstrate her arrogance. ...

Easy setup. Responsive and knowledgeable support. Friendly and helpful techs that resolve issues in minutes. Hands-down the best customer service I've received from a hosting company. Well done!!

The support is 11/10 - almost instant answers, usually illustrated with pictures and screenshots, and also so so friendly! I've never build a webpage before but it has been an approachable and rewarding process with the help of the Ucraft team.

I finally have successfully created a website!

I have had the most difficult time setting up a website until I signed up for Ucraft. I took full advantage of their 2 week trial period before deciding to pay for the basic program. I will likely upgrade to the pro shop in short order. The customer service has been very responsive and able to help. Stunning, detailed website creater

What do you like best? I really like the site editing capabilities, very detailed and simple. Reasonably priced with quick support help. What do you dislike? Good interface - Bad business deals

What do you like best? The interface is lean and easy to learn. The customer service was also quick to reply back. What do you dislike? I was force to pay to keep my website after having accepted a "Free 15 days business trial". I had used business plan features in my website. After the trial, I asked them if they could kindly remove them. They told no, I had to pay to keep working on my website.
