I've been using Dialpad since last year December, and I gotta say I have not experienced any connections issue or number that I cannot dial or issue that would affect our business calls, voice mail features especially with the transcription feature is awesome. I not trying to hype anything or what not but hey, if it works it works and its works great. I've been using Dialpad for nearly 2 - 3 months now specifically for business communications and I can't complain it simply works.

Dialpad is essential for work. Excellent for meetings and calls. UI has been improving every update. Highly recommended!

Good Service

Okay. I'm sold. While I wish there were more pro features in the standard plan. Dialpad is pretty on point with calling and AI. It's not perfect, and there's room for improvement (and the taxes were 150%), but overall, I do recommend giving them a look.

We recently switched to Dialpad from Nextiva and boy am I glad we did, I just wish we did sooner. The desktop and mobile app are superb (at least compared to Nextiva). Setting up our call flows and call centers was very easy and the onboarding team at Dialpad was great with any questions or issues we had throughout the process. What I thought would be a very daunting and difficult task, was actually a breeze. Our number port switched over about a week ago and my team has been loving Dialpad ...
