DialPad are liars

DialPad are liars. I specifically called them after receiving an email notification of the price increase of more than 15% for continued service. They assured me that my account was not going to be effected by this increase and it was going to remain the same amount. Lie number one. I called after the increase and the charge was more than previously paid. They assured me it was an error and they would provide me a credit and sorry for the misunderstanding. Terrible Support,

Terrible support, it's like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. The answers from support will also change depending on the agent you are connected with. At times you'll have to reference their own docs so that they get on the correct path. Very confusing billing processes. More often than not the invoices do not match the portal. Further, you cannot remove user access and licenses without losing all data associated to that user.

Love how conversations are transcribed…

Love how conversations are transcribed really really helpful. I wish there was a way to add notes on a contact as well. Very useful app highly recommend

Free Trial DISASTER

I signed up for a free trial and forgot to cancel (which allegedly 40%+ of people generally do). After I was charged for a 1 month subscription, I emailed support requesting a refund and cancellation. Then I was charged again the following month! Since I didn't type out a reason for my initial cancellation request for charge #1, they didn't process the cancellation for charge #2! Wouldn't recommend

Our company was forced to use this by IT to save money. We constantly have dropped calls and when I do connect, it takes up to 45 seconds to hear the customer and for them to hear me. Not a fan.

Amazing experience with the team and easy app

Getting everything set up was clear and simple, their in-app onboarding allowed us to configure Dialpad and its integrations to our liking without much help. However, when we needed assistance the team gave prompt and efficient support. We switched from Vonage to Dialpad and the experience was inconceivably better, both with the sales/support team and app UX. The company is growing fast and I see why - highly recommended for those looking for a communications solution.
