Don't sign up unless you are sure

I signed up for a trial account and tried to cancel before my first billing cycle. The link internally on the portal to cancel is "broken" and has been for at least 6 months. I thought I had canceled my account. I had asked for it to be canceled and 6 months later they are still charging me. My advice: look at RingCentral instead.

Extensive Documentation & Support

We came from an old-fashioned in-house PBX system and considered a number of vendors before trying Dialpad. Support is excellent and very thorough and fast. Documentation is ridiculously extensive, yet well laid-out and clear. Call quality is excellent and the built-in auto-attendant, transcription, follow-me, desktop and phone apps are all stable and excellent. No down-time or network problems. GREAT SERVICE!

Andren is obviously well versed in your company's technology as well as a very creative and methodical problem solver. My problem was an unsupported microphone that would not properly record my voicemail greeting. He was able to diagnose this problem and recommend an alternate solution by uploading a converted voice file from my mobile phone. I am very satisfied with this experience. worst experience dealing with an online service in 25 years

I have been using Dialpad for ~ 15 months & although most of the support agents have been kind, responsive & helpful, both the service & their policies are not up to par, especially the service reps that handle unsatisfied customers. It appears I'm not alone, many others here agree. First, the service dropped my calls often (from the desktop app), normally about 3-4 times a month. My problem was solved promptly, courteously, and effectively

The person assisting me was very helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt compared to other customer service representatives. I can tell you that the issue that needed to be resolved related to the central reason we selected Dialpad, so without their help we would have looked to a different vendor.
