Agent was responsive. The time it took however for the billing department to be available and make a change to our Monthly Credit limit took much too long.

Dolores was accommodating and optimistic during the call. Additionally, it was the first time that someone from your technical support team was able to mention the proxy login available for the super admin which is an important feature that you have. The representative I previously spoke with about a different query failed to mention this feature which could have solved my previous issue. I appreciate that Dolores could go above and beyond to help us.

Dilpad whatsapp support is amazing.
Dilpad whatsapp support is amazing. I find it really hard to get support over phone when there is a outage. However, whatsapp chat support responded within no time.
