Great support staff
Great support person once I got hold of them. The method of getting a live support person needs to be more obvious. It also would make a lot of sense for a low priority ticket submission process.

Great help
The guy helping me was patient, informed, quick to respond, and resolved the issue quickly. I don't love that new users with an email tied to Microsoft 365 automatically have to sign in via Microsoft and there's no option for me to change that in my admin portal, but the support agent I worked with was great.

Been with Dialpad for almost 6 years... BUT...
Been with Dialpad for almost 6 years. The interface is very presentable and user friendly. But Dialpad customer support seems to be diminishing or almost non existent, relying heavily on "AI" to troubleshoot issues. Also, the cost of basic services that were once included in the flat fee subscriptions are now consistently climbing for those same basic services.. every month I cringe opening the invoice, wondering what "NEW" line item are they charging for now... Looking at alternative Cloud ...

New Dialpad user cheers about Dialpad customer service
We're a relatively new Dialpad user with 73 users and 16 rooms. We use Yealink T54W, and many are starting to prefer the desktop app. I am the lead admin and have found when I really need something, live tech support chat is there and ready to provide me with a great solution.

As usual, easy and straightforward. It does however take atleast 24hrs to get an update or response but all good since our request was not urgent.

The worst customer experience of my life. DO NOT USE THIS TOOL! I submitted my request for cancellation 3x. There is no cancellation button. You have to contact their incapable support team. (I know it's not their fault because they're just following stupid instructions from their management.) If you do not respond to their discount offers, they will not cancel your subscription. Unbelievable.

While it is more time-consuming dealing with issues via this method, I was able to get the matter resolved. It would be much nicer and more convenient to have the option to speak to a live representative.
