Impossible to cancel your subscription…

Impossible to cancel your subscription from inside your account. You must talk with an agent. Even then they won't cancel your account after your request! Terrible service.

Very difficult to cancel

Very difficult to cancel. The cancel link on the website doesn't work. So I tried the help chat, was left on hold for 10 minutes, then told no agent was available to help me.

Problem with configuration of user

Absolutely great service. It took about 5 minutes to have the engineer (Kiriza) activate a new user. I had multiple issues and questions. Each issue was resolved after quickly explaining the problem. Kiriza spent time educating me about the issues and what to do next time. Very efficient. A one call fix. And Kiriza did a follow-up email to make sure I didn't require anything else. On a scale of 1 out of 10, I give this call an 11+.
