Slow response time and no notification bell
The response time was slow and the responses/solutions unclear. Also, you all need a "ding" sound on your chat window so that the user knows if you have replied, especially when it takes several minutes between responses.

I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with Dialpad's services across three different entities we integrated with them. The overall technical experience has been nothing short of disastrous. Firstly, the primary mode of communication has been through email, which is inefficient and slow for resolving urgent technical issues. STAY AWAY FROM DIALPAD
DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING DIALPAD! FROM DAY 1 HAD PROBLEMS! They will not help you setup anything they sold to you! you are paying them for the service but they tell you to talk to your rep to get you help to set up. Worst part I requested my Tmobile business number ( who is a partner of dialpad) to be ported into dial pad and they ended up losing my number. 2 days later I find out they assign my number to a business in Texas. It took them over 6 days to get my number back and I lost ...
