All five stars currently are for customer support alone. I haven't actually gotten to try out the software as of yet. Read to the end - Jenny from dialpad was super kind, understanding and human to me and ultimately the issue was completely resolved. So I had some technical issues with getting an account set up with dialpad a week ago as I was trying to get started with a new telesales job.
