Best conference call out there
I have used Uber Conference for 2 companies I have worked for and have not had one complaint about it. Granted that both companies were using the free version of Uber Conference but the call quality is amazing, the ability to record calls was nice when I was doing customer discovery interviews. I have had fewer problems with Uber conference than any other conference call software. I have used Skype, Google Hangouts, Chorus call, Go-to-Meeting, and, oddly enough, Discord. All of the other ...

Uber Conference is very inexpensive for a yearly subscription for one call-in number. Great for a small company or department. The quality of the calls are quite good, with very little static or interference from cells phones and such. Highly recommended.

Over all is good
Over all is good. We were able to communicate with others over the world at the same time. We made a few conference calls with Canada and China Participates, during the call we all experienced some cutting off signal and bad receptions. We do not know if its our local line or caused by Uber conference.

Dialpad does everything we want it to…
Dialpad does everything we want it to do. 1. Not need a desktop phone but can get one if the user desires. 2. Access on a laptop anywhere (we use Mac, Windows and ChromeOS and all work well). 3. Mobile access on phones. 4. Nice connection with GApps from Google for contacts - no more remembering phone numbers. We call people - we don't call numbers. 5. Allows for assistants to answer phones and send the calls back to the original recipient. 6. All in the cloud - no need for a VPN ...

I love Dialpad
I love Dialpad. The only reason it is not 5 stars is a few integrations I want. The technology is nearly bullet-proof, and the sound quality is as good as your headphones/microphone. It is exactly what you want.

Dialpad is working very well for us
Dialpad is working very well for us. It's very convenient to have a VoIP business line where I can make or take a call on any of my devices. Audio is usually very clear. We find better results if we log out and log back in occasionally, rather than leaving the computer logged into Dialpad 24x7

A few issues come up from time to time with the help needed to understand and use the voicemail and answering functions, especially the interplay with the cell phone carrier. Overall an easy to use incredibly useful service that folds into Google seamlessly.
