It's a good tool
It's a good tool, I just need to learn to navigate it a little better. Couldn't figure out how to transfer a call to another person in the office. Is there a tutorial available?

Dialpad is a decent phone system
Dialpad is a decent phone system, works well 90% of the time flawlessly. great for international travel etc.

Overall Dialpad is 4 stars
Overall, Dialpad is good. Call quality is great. Switching between laptop and iPhone is pretty smooth. AI transcription can be very humorous and is not very accurate. ;-) Entering a contact name to save is very problematic. Repeatedly, while I am entering the name, the text will revert to the phone number and not save properly. It is frustrating to have to re-enter the name several times until I can click 'save'. Overall Dialpad is 4 stars

Dialpad Takes the Telephone back 25 years
Dialpad isn't a fully developed application. Constant dropped calls, terrible customer service, sales reps have no idea how to describe new features. Overall, wouldn't use this if I didn't have to.

Easy to use.
I like using Dialpad because it runs very stable and is pretty straightforward.

Overall
Overall, the product functions well. There are a few things that would make it better and more user friendly. (ie. allowing text messaging first on linked phone accounts rather than having to call the lead first).
