A Must Have App
I've been using Dialpad since the days when it was better known as "Switch" and it's long been an essential part of my day to day business operations for several years. It's super stable and call quality is crystal clear. I love that I can easily switch between desktop and cell phone using their apps. A must have application for any busy business.

Dialpad could improve by firing…
Dialpad could improve by firing everyone who answers a phone there and replacing them with test monkeys too dumb to be considered for cancer experiments...any primate with thumbs would be a considerable improvement. I've used their service for four or five months and every call to the so-called support team was a terrible experience. They are rude at the highest levels of that company. I paid for two lines at the annual rate and decided to find a different company after being disrespected ...

Great customer service; small request for user interface
The customer service folks are always available via live text chat and are very helpful and friendly. It's not as feature-rich as some other conferencing software options, such as WebEx, but I feel like it fits with the ethos of my company: efficient, high-quality, streamlined. One recommendation I have is that instead of prompting viewers to create an uberconference account, that it be a little more clear that viewers can just type their first name and click "join."
