Dialpad Year In Review.
Have Had dialpad for over a year now for my small business with 3 employees. Its spotty to say the least. When it's good it's great and when its bad well... Call Quality is always amazing. My major complaint is with the Windows desktop app. when we call out it activates the headset linked to our PC, Sometimes when we call out the app will start to dial out, stop then dial out again within a 1 second period of time. this happens so quickly it triggers the headset to turn on, turn off and ...
