Better Call Quality
The quality of the calls could be better. On some calls it kept going in and out where we had to say “hello, hello, hello” several times in order to hear one another.

Great free app for phone meetings and screen sharing
Great free app for phone meetings. The best aspect is the ability to share your screen. Be aware if you schedule the meeting through the app with a specific meeting length, the software will cut everyone off when the meeting is over—no running long! Hmmm...maybe that’s a good thing.

I had a great experience using this…
I had a great experience using this product. The Web and Mobile app are very easy to use. The layout is nice and is great at recognizing who is speaking very quickly. The Transcript feature is neat and allows you to check back in case you missed something. Connection to the internet to use the app has to be really stable though.

I enjoy the simplicity of the app, but...
I enjoy the simplicity of the app. Opportunity to improve: 1) Call record feature 2) Sync with my contacts 3) Add a notes feature which can be shared with the attendees

Overall Uberconference has been great
Overall Uberconference has been great. There were a few situations early on (a few years ago when we first signed up), where the call quality was bad, we had annoying noise in the background, etc. But I can honestly say the past couple of years have been fine.
