Mixed experience

I've been using this as the main phone & SMS tool for my small online business for the past 2 years or so. In theory, I love the concept of VOIP for my business with everything handled online, and I think I chose them also because they support integration with my Obi device that allows me to use a traditional phone/headset with a VOIP service. In practice, it's just been ok. Lots of bugs, in my opinion, and I really haven't seen much progress with them. For example, I don't get most missed ...

I've been using UberConference for professional telecons with 30-40 people

I've been using UberConference for several years for a weekly professional telecon involving 30-40 people. In general, it works well. The recording option is excellent, and high quality. The phone line connections are almost always very good. That being said, a few months ago they did a big changeroo, in which control is now with a local app rather than an online web page. They did that with no warning. Just *poof!* you gotta be using this app! The new app works, but is less capable than ...

UI is very nice and friendly

UI is very nice and friendly. I appreciate that the calls can be recorded and can be easily accessed.

Conferencing service made easy thanks to its UI.

PROS: As a customer who's paying for its service, I love the personalized number that comes to you. There's no need to input a code/pin. Pricing was also great. Very easy to utilize. CONS: Its "hold" music was just plain terrible. It's difficult figuring out on how that could be manipulated. Very non-professional for their part. Conference lines can be spotty.

Good idea, poor customer support, not a terribly user friendly interface

My telco arranged for this service as an interim solution. We started on a 14 day trial. But we never received a notification that the trial was about to end, (I guess we should have diarised this) but then we were left without phone/telecommunications during business hours. I tried to log into the account to upgrade and pay, I couldn't log in. It just kept returning me to the login screen. When I spoke with online chat, they said that the account was cancelled. When I said I needed to gain ...

Still on hold... horrible

I’ve spent the last several hours on the phone trying to resolve a basic issue and the support team has been terrible. I’m a brand new customer trying to get set up and once you have signed on, paid your annual fee and are no longer interacting with the excellent sales team, go ahead and expect long holds and a support team that is not knowledgeable about their product.

Capable of resolving almost any conference issue.

PROS: I like how you can see just about anyone who goes online. I like how it can text you whenever someone happens to be on the line. You no longer have to linger around for the call to start. But if you want to wait, you can upload your own music track or pick from its pre-installed songs. CONS: Screensharing is a great thing. But it's not considered to be the best. Every now and then I experience lags. I was also hoping international would be thrown in the free version.

UberConference stinks

UberConference stinks. I was a 4 year plus customer I am closing my account with them. They make you look an stupid because their system does not work,. They updated their system within the last month (Sept 2019) or thereabouts and its been down hill since then. Their customer service cannot help and appear overwhelmed by the problems.

Subpar customer support

Subpar customer support Dialpad's tech and marketing talk a big game, and the tech delivers about 95% of the time. But support is awful. The customer success associates are not well informed, slow to answer, and are generally answering questions based on scripts that are haphazardly written. You will get the impression that customer support either: 1. Did not read your question/email in it's entirety 2. Does not understand Dialpad's processes 3. Has never been in a customer support role ...

Great way to engage clients around the world!

I have been using UberConference for several years, it’s a great product to interact with my clients, they can receive a recording of our call to help them get through to the next sssion. I’ve also used it as a way to train people around the country using the screen share option. This product came recommended from my web developer, I’m so happy with it!!!
