While we have some hickups here and…
While we have some hickups here and there, the system works well most of the time. Thought about 4 stars but given the price point and coverage, we are generally quite satisfied with the service/system. One thing we need is to be able to merge contacts as there are multiples and that makes things difficult especially with important texts that come through.

Simply put it just works
Simply put it just works. Call clear voice calls either through the phone or computer. The call logs is a great tool to judge interaction with the group.

It's a great platform
It's a great platform, neatly designed with great UI. Never had any technical issues.Love the AI transcript and the ability to record calls. The new update enables you to set different ringtones. Customer service has been also great. I am pleased with Dialpad so far.
