I have been using UberConference for more than 3 years and I have absolutely no complaints. The interface is very user-friendly, I can start conferences from my phone or the computer, record, and access recordings later. I have only had to contact customer service once and they were very politer and my issue was resolved immediately. Highly recommend!

Dialpad is a must have!

Dialpad is a must-have for a phone system. I love the ability for our team to all receive calls from multiple department lines and have the ability to decline calls if they are unavailable but the call continues to ring the line. I also love the transparency of Dialpad. You can see who called when as well as see who on our team picked up the call. Then lastly, whenever someone on our team is off-duty they can just put that in the application and enjoy their time off.
