Pretty good so far, just wish it was cheaper since we only use it maybe twice per month.

Great price for the services you get, I do get a slight latency with calls but it is not a huge deal.

Very versatile and you can see who's on the call and even record the call to send out to those who couldn't attend.

Great Service - Terrible Licensing

Dialpad is a great product. As someone who worked in VoIP/enterprise telephony for years, this is the product I’ve been waiting for. Instantly available scalability, great call quality, and an amazing product catalog of add on features. Now for the negatives. I don’t understand these companies that lock features away behind a minimum number or licenses. In the modern day cloud-driven IT environment it makes absolutely no sense. I think it's really great! Sometimes connectivity and delays can happen, but the user interface is great!

Never had any problems, Great Tool

Uber conference is great, paid version is even better. We hold many National calls off of here for the Ministry of Repentance and Holiness USA. The quality of the call is always good, the Senior Priesthood trusts Uber conference to do a good job, thank you for great service.

Dialpad has been great to use especially with its integration with Salesforce makes it great utility for sales calls.

Sound quality and ability to record…

Sound quality and ability to record audio is a great addition. One suggested improvement would be to allow users to "draw" on others screen during screen share. Second improvement would be to allow recording of screen share in addition to audio.
