Everything generally mostly worked fine, although there are some problems not resolved.

Everything mostly worked fine, although there were audio difficulties with one person who could hear us but the rest could not. Not sure what the problem was. Another person does not want to connect by computer, having had problems connecting. We think it has something to do with his browser being Firefox, but we aren't sure.

Uberconference - Too good to overlook

I've been using Uberconference for several years for my business. Prior to selecting this service, I testing four or five alternatives. The ability for participants to join the conference (audio + video) without the need to download a plugin or extension was the most important criterion. For this reason, I selected Uberconference. My experience with Uberconference has been extremely positive. The voice and video quality are top-notch. I strongly recommend this service for business use.

Dialpad is easy to use and always reliable.

I have been using UberConference for 2+ years. It is the best!

I have been using UberConference for over 2 years now and I love it. The best feature, in my opinion, is the ease of use. Other tools like Ring Central requires you and whoever is on the other end of your conference call to download a desktop app just to connect. UberConference is just in your browser and it starts with a click.

Indispensable tool for our communication needs

Excellent layout of the different options, tons of contacts can be seen at once, search capabilities within the messages, and so on. Only drawbacks is the occasional spam left through and some customization options would have been welcome (colors for some contacts or groups).
