Worked really well with remote learning, when we needed immediate parent responses by sending texts instead of emails or voicemails. Transcribing conversations on phone is definitely a bonus feature.

Dialpad Review
Our company has really enjoyed using Dialpad. It has streamlines a lot of our phone business and made it easy to create call centers, add new users, and transfer between a headset and mobile phone. The constant updates are a little annoying and the call quality isn't great all the time but overall we have loved Dialpad.
