"Beautiful Interface, Stellar Service"
What do you like best? I like that I'm able to customize the experience both for myself and for those with whom I meet. And I love that I'm able to secure the conference when the expected attendees are present. It gives all of us peace of mind. What do you dislike? While the interface is beautiful, the settings area could be a little more intuitive. It's a small thing, truly, and yet that speaks to the face that the majority of the experience is excellent. What problems are you solving with ...

"Works great for our internal team meetings!"
What do you like best? I like that I can use via my mobile device, as well as my computer. The share screen function is really helpful as well. What do you dislike? I really don't like logging in via mobile, connecting via my carrier plan, and being asked to enter my PIN. It literally never has worked for me. HD (wifi) works, but not carrier with my stupid PIN. Recommendations to others considering the product: It gets the job done. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

"Easy and simple conference software, great for my government clients"
What do you like best? I've been using UberConference for several years with a paid account. It was a great tool for working with my government clients, who often can't install software on their own work machines. I love the custom url and option to remove the pin, this means folks get online and talking much faster than the struggle often associated with more feature robust tools. I need something reliable, fast, with little to no install that supports screen sharing and the ability to ...

"UberConference-My Choice For Conference Calls"
What do you like best? The ease of use of UberConference makes it my first choice for a conferencing solution. It works great within the Chrome browser, provides screensharing, I don't need to use a phone to call in as I can use just the browser. The audio quality is great. If I'm mobile, the UberConference mobile app makes it easy to schedule a call or to dial in. What do you dislike? The biggest issue I have with UberConference is when others using it don't share their personal ...

"Web Based is Best"
What do you like best? Using a web based video conference solution is the easiest way to go. I can’t count how many times I have connected late to a conference because I had to download a client and experienced problems with firewalls or other setbacks. Going the path that requires no software installation is best. What do you dislike? I found the games option to be difficult to understand. It covered essential parts of the screen too so I was unable to get it going. Recommendations to ...

This is our fifth VoIP phone system
This is our fifth VoIP phone system, and the best we've had so far. We can dial out from a central number, and voicemails are shared among the team. There's text messages, and call routing on even the basic plan. Call Quality is very good, at least here in Colorado. That said, the dialer app could be more intuitive. There are a lot of settings and options on the user end, and it's not always clear what they do. We get odd empty 5 second voicemails from time to time, and the actual ...

I love the texting feature in DailPad
I love the texting feature in DailPad. It’s easy to use as I text over 60 people a day. I also like the ability to switch phones when I make a call. Our administrator added 2 options for me so it’s much easier to text from one phone number and call from another.

Simple reliable service
Simple reliable service. The dialpad platform is easy to use and keep track of calls missed or voicemails. The transcript of voicemails may need a little update to be more accurate otherwise all the features are effective to use. My phone runs entirely though dialpad on my laptop and my headset which is connected via USB/Bluetooth.
