Simple reliable service
Simple reliable service. The dialpad platform is easy to use and keep track of calls missed or voicemails. The transcript of voicemails may need a little update to be more accurate otherwise all the features are effective to use. My phone runs entirely though dialpad on my laptop and my headset which is connected via USB/Bluetooth.

DialPad is a great phone solution
DialPad is a great phone solution! The video calls don’t work very well but I really like it for its main function which is calling and messaging. I highly recommend it!

I have been very impressed with Dialpad. The platform has been very flexible and reliable for me. I love the ability to answer calls on my cell phone, then seamlessly switch to the desktop app (which is fantastic) during that call.

DIalpad is so easy to use
DIalpad is so easy to use. It'r fast if you copy and paste the phone number into the call and saves a lot of time.
