What do you like best? It's free and very easy to use. Sound quality is great. What do you dislike? The app is a little clunky. International dial-in could be more conveniently located. I wish they had the iPad Pro version where you can share your screen, as well as record the screen itself, as we have meetings, and it is recording the conversation, we dont have a point of reference since we dont have the video recording. What do you like best? Having a phone number assigned to you is handy. What do you dislike? There is not much I like about Uber Conference, and despite Zoom having security issues, it still has better audio and video quality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have stopped using Uber Conference and switched to Zoom

What do you like best? It is super easy to use. From setting up future calls, to jumping on a quick call. The dial-out feature is great as well. What do you dislike? My only issue is that the "Team" function doesn't allow for multiple users with the same account to manage calls. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Video and voice conferences are great and easy to set up. This service has been invaluable during the pandemic.

I enjoy the fact that you are able to host a call either via phone or web and when someone is logged in via the web interface you can easily share your screen to better explain what you are talking about. You also have the ability to have your camera on to better connect with the person you are speaking with.
