It's a great tool

It's a great way to connect with customers from your laptop/desktop without having to use any additional equipment, such as desk phone or mobile phone. You can also download the app on your mobile phone and take it with you everywhere. It's a great communication tool. I love that I can also text my customers if they're not responding to my call due to the unrecognized telephone number.

"Awesome application, very handy"

What do you like best? I enjoyed being able to record any conference, and have the ability to access it later whenever I needed it to. What do you dislike? It took awhile to get used to the set up. Recommendations to others considering the product: Maybe include some sort walkthrough tutorial when a new user signs up and logs in for the first time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s great for group communication!

"UberConference is quite good for the price but still lacks some things"

What do you like best? It is an affordable price point for the features you get, including pinless entry, toll-free numbers (for a fee), and after call reporting. They have good customer service via livechat. I also like that you can change the entry recording for something branded. What do you dislike? No ability to mute all participants from the call. What do you like best? Uberconference is super easty to use. My meetings have always been easy to attend, and audio quality has always been excellent. What do you dislike? "Great layout and easy to use"

What do you like best? Ease of use. From the app to the online setup it is easy. Nice layout and appealing look. Especially like the local number with no PIN to dial for callers. What do you dislike? The promos to use DialPad. I understand VoIP platform is available but no need for the ads all over. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One number to give out for meetings.

What do you like best? All you need is a quick link to share and my attendees are always able to join with ease. Free to use for everyone with NO TIME LIMITS! I like the screen sharing and the options to pause video or voice easily with the buttons right there. What do you dislike? I’m okay with everything, I don’t have any complaints. "Great web based conferencing!"

What do you like best? My favorite feature was one I didn't know about until I finished my first conference. I loved the meeting summary presented when the call ended. Particularly valuable was the list of participants. On the call I attended, not all participants used video, but for those who did, the quality was great! "Connect from anywhere"

What do you like best? I love having a dedicated conference line for myself and my teams, and who doesn’t love the music: I’m on hold! What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is not being able to store multiple call names and profiles. Having to manually type in each one every time I use a line is unnecessarily burdensome.
