Happy with Help on Receiving a Fax

I was happy with the help I received. The agent was patient and good-natured. Sending and receiving faxes using Dialpad takes a bit of learning. Navigating around the Dialpad app is not always simple. I think I understand how to receive a fax as well as how to send one. If my optimism is misplaced you will hear from me again. :-)

They cancel your account without consulting you know even if its not your fault

I heard a lot of about dialpad. Heard they were a good service. Don't know if they were paid reviews. Because I just signed up for a trial for my staff overseas to make calls locally. I even spoke to their sales rep about this they said it was ok. Anyways the moment he tries to log in they cancel my account. They don't call me, they don't talk to me, just cancel. Why did they cancel, doesn't say on the email. That's it, follow up or go away. I have to then speak to someone on their chat ...

A key tool for digital communication

PROS: UberConference has superb audio quality, does not have a meeting time limit, is free of cost, and allows us to make presentations. As a graphic designer, being able to show my clients while giving an elaboration on each part of the design is important to save us all our precious time. The recording feature is also useful as I regularly have to go back to review the details of a meeting due to the many clients I handle. moved away from google meet

After our company grew a bit we decided to move away from google meet and apps like zoom to dialpad. It's simply more reliable for business than free options. So, their services helped to establish decent communication among employees and with customers.

This is the worst company

This is the worst company. Our company has USA headquarters. Can't sign up as my IP is outside the USA, I have been working remotely managing a team of over 300 agents. Dialpad promotes itself as a remote workstation but in fact, you can't join if you abroad. Their simple response was when you return to the USA sign up. Effortless even for large meetings

PROS: There are minimal to zero issues whenever we use UberConference. More impressively, you are assured of security since it requires pin codes for participants to enter and not just enter by clicking the link which can be given to anyone. The moderator is also texted whenever there is a new participant so he or she can verify if the new entrant is indeed invited. CONS: The recording is blocked when we start screen sharing.

It is quite user friendly to…

It is quite user friendly to navigate.It has high quality video and audio conferencing features ,also has a high qulity screen sharing and call recording facility.Its free plan is quite limited in terms of number participants who can join a meeting.

not as good as it seems

The phone apps are often glitchy and frustrating to use. There is no automatic call recording on individual lines so when you transfer someone to another employee the call recording stops unless they remember to turn it on. Admin can't access call recordings on individual lines. You can't bulk download your recordings making it extremely difficult when an employee leaves
