ElRoy did my request in as fast as under 3 minutes. I waited for this Siena rep almost 5 hours yesterday to upload only 5 contacts in our shared company contacts but she messed it up, saying this has been added but under a different name :( Anyhow thanks to ElRoy he made it super easy and hassle free.

Exceptional Service & Support!!!
I had a complication between two separate accounts. After messaging Dialpad’s customer service, I was helped by a representative named Evan. This man was awesome! He stuck through my confusing explanations lol & got my phone numbers transferred over to the new account along with my email. He provided exceptional service & I was very impressed. Truly a blessing!

Dialpad just keeps getting better and their support is terrific…
I've been using Uberconfernce since September 2013. As they have evolved into Dialpad, the company has consistently gotten better and better. The call quality has always been crystal clear. And I've tried them ALL over the years. The quality of their support is terrific. And No PIN dial-ins just make collaboration on the fly a breeze. And I did mention that their support team is amazing right? That bears repeating because they are that good.
