Great Customer Service
I accidentally signed up for Typing.com. I wrote them and explained my error. They were very friendly and accomodating and gave me my money back. Great customer service and professionalism.

Customer Support is GREAT and EFFICIENT
I sync my classes with GoogleClassroom and had a question about deleting a student. They responded quickly and solved my problem. Actually, it was also available on their "FAQ" but I had not read it correctly. My middle school students benefit greatly with typing.com and it has helped them tremendously.

My Experience
It's a great teaching platform where people can learn to type and excel at it. Their lessons teach you step-by-step and help you. The only thing I don't like about it is that the teaching portal is a little tiny bit confusing sometimes.

Typing.com is the best program on the…
Typing.com is the best program on the internet! I'm a teacher and use it everyday with almost 700 students to get them on their way to being great at keyboarding! "It's a Life Skill - Be Good At It!!!" I used it at home with my own children and one of them is now a programmer for Microsoft! You make so many lives better with this program! Truly, can't thank you enough!!

Do not use this free product
Do not use this free product! It's weird to say this but the ads are so intrusive that they actually cause lag in your keystrokes. I understand that free programs have ads, but it shouldn't be at the expense of the student trying to learn. Go elsewhere!!

Have loved typing.com for my 3-8th…
Have loved typing.com for my 3-8th graders for years now. The dashboard can be a little clunky to navigate at times. However, the service is excellent. Much ups to them for providing this service to our students!

Custom Typing Tests
We have been using our book for timed writings but students found it hard to calculate their words per minute and had a hard time finding their errors plus I would check over their work which took more time. Using the custom typing tests has made my life so much simpler. At first I had a hard time figuring out how to use the custom typing tests but typing.com was so quick to send an explanation video. Thank you typing.com!

I couldn't see my students' names on typing.com
I could see long words like ID instead of my students' names on typing.com. They re-sync my account and it fixed the problem.
