functionality is good but poor service.
functionality is good, but poor customer service when things go wrong. I reported an issue 9 days ago. It's not been properly addressed or resolved. Sadly, this isn't the first time.

Love Typeform but slow loading is a problem
Love Typeform but clients are complaining about slow loading. This seems to be getting worse? If it improves I will continue using and recommending. Otherwise amazing product!

TypeForm - I'm a fan for life
I have been deeply in love with TypeForm ever since I first discovered it back in 2015. I never intend to leave! The system is so easy to use, the forms are fantastic, the whole concept and ethos of TypeForm is great. I am particularly excited about the conversational blog article TypeForm created last year and can't wait to see what technology they develop off the back of this. Whatever it is - count me in, I'm a fan for life!

Typeform does the job effortlessly
Be it small scale tasks like getting feedback after your seminar or massive forms for getting feedback on how your subscribers feel about your website and services, Typeform does the job. Simple and easy!
