Flexible and user-friendly form builder
Been using Typeform since 3 years now at our start-up Monito, and it has been useful in so many use-cases. It's very flexible, so user-friendly that the answer rate are impressive, and it integrates with the rest of our agile toolbox via zapier. The team at Typeform is really helpful and they have been working on some interesting new approaches these last few months.

Truly human
The first thing you notice about Typeform is how easy it is to get started. For example, most SAAS companies make you sign up for a free trail. Not Typeform. I absolutely love Typeform
I absolutely love Typeform. They have a great ethic, a beautiful product and they're lovely people. I was lucky enough to win a trip to Peru in a competition they ran, which made us good friends.
