I love the conversational format and the ability to customize the look and feel of the forms.There is a lot of room for improvement and I've sent over a few suggestions. One big suggestion is to have a open Improvement Suggestion page where people can vote on things important to them. Also for the Dev Team to have a list of priority projects with a timeline on them.Allow both groups to work together to improve it in a direction the users want to see.

Good for remote workers

Typeform can be a miracle worker for organizing information remotely. Just make sure all your info is precise, otherwise it can go haywire.

Building forms and collecting data is … great, but needs more work.

Building forms and collecting data is very easy and efficient. I would like to see more payment options (Square, PayPal, etc. I would also like to see more customization in downloading the data into spreadsheets. I want to be able to select rows and columns to download. Finally, I think integrating some sort of calendar API would be great (think Calendly. This way clients can select dates and times and have the option to add it to their iCal, as well as receive reminders.

I love Typeform & use it in all kinds of ways

I love Typeform and use it in all kinds of ways for my own firm and my clients. It's integrated into our marketing automation software so that key results update the respondents' record in the CRM. It also provides a pleasant experience that makes respondents want to interact with it. It's easy to use. I deducted one point because there are a couple of features that I think should be part of my paid plan - like being able to re-direct to a custom landing page.
