Perfect survey software for customer research
What do you like best? Typeform has a super simple interface for survey creation; you can quickly and easily create virtually any survey you need! I love the output, too... mobile-friendly, and it looks sharp. The logic mapping can be a bit of a head trip the way it is presented right now, but the functionality is super helpful for segmenting survey respondents. What do you dislike? Typeform - easy to use, highly effective and well supported.
Typeform has proven to be useful for the purposes of our organisation. We use Typeform to gather information from potential participants, to gather feedback from participants and to track changes throughout their participation in our program. Typeform is very responsive to requests for technical assistance. I would recommend Typeform to anyone who needs a simple and easy to use survey or data collection tool.

Typeform offers a consistently excellent UX that helps me attract more responses and a higher response rate than I could with other survey tools. Defnitely recommend them.

More than a survey tool
I love TypeForm because it is very easy to setup, prepare and use.It's more that a survey tool. I use it in my sales funnel to engage and convert my prospects into customers.
