Easy to setup & great experience for customers

What do you like best? The survey experience is great compared to other tools. What do you dislike? Integration with other tools is minimal and you have to rely on manual export or tools like Zapier to automate data sync with CRM etc. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communicating with customers, pre-sales surveys etc.

What do you like best? Both the front-end (survey taker interfaces and the back-end user interface experience are among the cleanest I've seen. Capable of being minimalist and simple but also can be very colorful and whimsical - completely customizable to your needs as far as appearance and content go.
