Typeform: Fun, versatile and extremely easy to use.

Typeform is one of the easiest and entertaining survey builders out there. I was first introduced to it by my CEO, who thought it might be something fun to explore - I now actively look for opportunities to make use of it: "You need what? I can do that in Typeform, no problem." is not an uncommon phrase heard from my Marketing Department. It's fun, user-friendly and extremely versatile.

The website is really easy to use, you get a lot of features for free and I didn't struggle once with building my first form.The web designers should be congratulated - it's really satisfying to use a website that not only works very well from a development perspective, but it also looks so great. Super easy to use and makes beautiful surveys!

What do you like best? The ease of it! I felt like a pro creating surveys. I also really enjoyed the templates already in place. The graphics are cool and the responses and ways you can response are super customizable. I also like the feature that you can download responses into a simple text form for sharing that feedback or results! What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I use Typeform to gather feedback and info from my clients and customers. I use it in a more productive way: before launching new course, I run a test, then use this product to build survey so I can collect feedback from my customers. I found Typeform from a Google search for website forms and I couldn't be happier with what I found. Typeform is incredibly easy to use, easy to integrate and end-user friendly. We started using Typeform on our website a few weeks ago and since then we have had more traction from the form than ever before. I will be telling everyone about Typeform!

One of the worst customer services ever and not so simple.

Engaging forms for user. Sadly not really intuitive when you start building more complex log... the worse part is support I've never seen anything that bad... 3 email no answer.
