Fantastic product. Typeform has enabled us to find out so much information about our customers. We are now in a position where we can develop a product and a service based on their exact requirements. It has also allowed us the ability to filter information. For example, we get a large number of PR requests that go through our customer service desk each week. What do you like best? The forms look really good and are pretty easy to setup. The design is great. What do you dislike? I think their free trial is very misleading and frustrating. It isn't clear that you're actually using the "premium" features. There's plenty of free form softwares out there for quick surveys. I was worried that communication with the Typeform team would be a problem as there was no contact number but their responses were very prompt and helpful.The form template is also very user-friendly and simple.
