Typeform is not fully functional in Safari. Customer Service is poor.

The software is not fully functional in Safari. A particular issue for us was their date element. Great for your stock standard survey…

Great for your stock standard survey matters but can be a bit moody at times with an unstable platform where information and data disappears and surveys having bugs at times. They are also hard to get in touch with, with limited opening hours globally

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The best thing about this is how easy it is to customize. I can easily make it fit the branding of our company and it works great as well. Typeform is an intuitive and pleasantly interactive form creation tool

What do you like best? I feel that Typeform provides a more engaging and interactive online form experience than typical forms I've seen. I think when users are presented with one question at a time, they are more thoughtful about their response and go through the form in a conversation fashion.
