Support sucks so much!

The way is works on a classic way is smooth, but the 2 new options to embed on a website by Tab of Floating button suck. Their support is even more worse. After some emails, video and screenshots, the keep telling me that it is in my code!?!?! But i use there standard code. The keep coming up with standard replies without reading the question and issue i got.

Arbitrary account suspension

I've just had my account arbitrarily suspended for a "breach" of their T&Cs. Because we had a field on one of our forms called 'password', they assumed we were using the form to harvest passwords illegally. I wrote to explain that wasn't the case at all and we had a legitimate reason to have that field, but they wouldn't consider my argument.
