The service is very often DOWN (every 2 weeks and you will not have any update from the team.When you collect customer information through typeform, this is extremely damageable...On top of that, they may update their pricing plan without notifying you. We paid double the price for a few months without being noticed that the same plan was now much, much cheapier.

What do you like best? I really like the options you have to personalize the questions and answers and the very different types of questions. Also, it gives to the survey a more professional look than other platforms, being able to personalize every aspect such as fonts, colors, so you can follow the brand image perfectly.
