Tool is awesome

Tool is awesome. Integrates with everything. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is that there is no way to categorize people who fill out the typeform into groups to have unique follow up to them based on their responses.

They keep moving features to a paid tier, feel like I can't trust the service so I've just moved back to Google Forms

I loved TypeForm when it first came out. It was revolutionary. Incredible. And amazing. I used it for a few years, but they slowly kept migrating free features over to the paid subscription. I get it, everyone wants a subscription business these days but there is nothing worse than having something and then having it taken away from you. Has anyone on here giving such great reviews actually ever used this as a responder? It is horrible. No way to format answers, some wrap, some don't, impossible to see answer to edit etc etc. Its cheap for a reason and the end-user is the one who pays the price of a crappy product.

What do you like best? Typeform is an incredibly easy to use form and survey tool. I love how simple it is to build and publish content with a variety of question types.
