What do you like best? The look and feel of the surveys. My company has a casual tone, so Typeform permits us to maintain our conversational flow. What do you dislike? I still have an outstanding issue from 3 weeks ago that I'm waiting on a response. Customers receive an error message when trying to submit their surveys. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how aesthetically pleasing the forms are since it makes it easy to review the responses I receive. What do you like best? One of my favourite things about using typeform is the ability to have questions and leads automatically integrate into Google Sheets and our CRM software (Zoho).
