I love this product and so do my customers and prospects. Clean, elegant, and easy to use software for creating questionnaires and many other customer facing forms, surveys, etc.

Typeform is the BEST

Typeform is so amazing for anything. As a fiction writer, I use it to create choose-your-own-adventure stories. The Typeform templates give me a head start on many of my projects, and the easy, modern layout of the whole site gives it a feel-good yet professional look. There are some features that can't be used without the subscription, like logic jump and collecting so many responses a month, but trust me - it's worth it.

I have upgraded to Pro Plan two days…

I have upgraded to Pro Plan two days ago : Apparently a bug occured on the Typeform website : My card has been debited twice and my plan still in Free Mode : no access to the Pro functions. Ok. That happens. But i have emailed them and no answer received yet ! This is a business emergency and no one answer, for 2 days, no chat available, thats so unprofessional for an online service.Edit : I have received an answer that is satisfying for fixing my problem.

What do you like best? We have observed a higher fill conversion by our customers. Easy interactions Very easy to configure surveys. Flexible question types and conditional jumps are easy to setup Typeform templates are a time saver.
