Forms can be friendly and fun!
I have been a Typeform customer since 2016. I love Typeform because they make forms friendly, conversational and fun to fill out! On the admin side, their features just keep getting better. It has become more robust over the years, but if one gets stuck, their support is excellent. I highly recommend Typeform.

My company has 2 training specialists…
My company has 2 training specialists and we use Typeform to automatically e-mail surveys after each training course. What I really appreciate is the ease of tailoring these surveys for each training course we conduct. The reports are very useful and the ability to add URL links, photos, etc is more of a plus. Thank you Typeform!

Smart, Attractive Design with Great Service to Back it Up
TypeForm is an exceptional product with great service. Smart design and user-friendliness make it easy to use and easy to look at. It has limited customization options and somewhat limited functionality, so it may not be the right tool for every job. But for customer contact forms, simple information collection, and prototyping larger, more complex project (this was my primary purpose), it can’t be beat.
