It's friendly and very open to new users. I say its a great service. We use it for 2 businesses and it has made a huge impact on how we perform as an internal team and asking for feedback with our clients. Nothing negative to say, cool colors and formats, tutorials, etc. We have loved the service :)

Now using Typeform for all online and email forms

We used to struggle with creating and managing forms on multiple websites and email campaigns. I now use Typeform to centralize all the embedded contact forms on 4 of our Corporate sites, as links in multi-question email satisfaction surveys and single question transaction surveys. I used typeform to create a questionnaire for potential clients. The questionnaire was used to help me serve them better by organizing key information. Having typeform helped my services to appear professional especially when I was just starting out.

Great Platform, could use some tweaks

I love the platform, wish it was easier to share results with people - the reporting system is cumbersome especially if you have to share just sections of the report with certain people. No easy way to do that. I also wish they had phone support - the email system can take a week in total to get a problem solved as they will ask a question to further clarify the issue, and then it takes a day or so to get a response and then they may need to ask another follow-up question. Typeform is fantastic. My ability to integrate into other software and automate it. It's ease of use for most* of our potential clients. The ability to customize it to my liking. All these things are great.That asterisk is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Accessiblity is an important factor in everything, but for especially with the internet. Easy, but could be simplified

I love the ease of Typeform. I wish that the spreadsheets we download the data off weren't so messy, and I would like for the sharing link to not be as difficult. I have to embed it whenever I need to share it because it is so long.

Easy to use

Easy to use. Integrates nicely with HubSpot. The threading or logic jump is a great feature that we use all the time. As a company with various needs for forms - from surveys to enrollment forms Typeform has met or surpassed most of our needs. The one thing i would like to see updated is the scoring system they have implemented.
